Con esta idea, todas las instalaciones (agua, calefacci\u00f3n y luz) se han renovado al completo. Los espacios han sido redefinidos derribando los tabiques que separaban el sal\u00f3n de la cocina, se ha dotado de nueva iluminaci\u00f3n LED encastrada en falso techo al nuevo espacio, as\u00ed como instalado suelo nuevo de parquet y reparado y pintado las paredes.
